The Indemnity dental plan pays you or the dentist (at your request) a specific amount for each covered procedure.
- There are hundreds of covered procedures.
- Your only waiting period is on major dental procedures (1-year). The plan can go into effect on the 1st of the month and you can have all but major dental procedures done on the same day.
- The plan will reimburse you up to the maximum reimbursement amount for each covered procedure.
- There is no referrals required for a specialist.
- There are no age limits.
Benefits Details
- The plan will pay up to $1,000 per person per year for dental expenses according to the plan’s schedule of benefits,
- There is a $50 deductible per person each year but a maximum deductible of $150 per family regardless of family size,
